據(jù)杭州市建委透露，2016年杭州計劃實施河道整治48條(段)，完成其中28條(段)，打通斷頭河9條，建設(shè)閘站1座。

The Hangzhou Municipal Construction Committee said that Hangzhou planned to renovate 48 rivers in 2016, including completing 28 rivers, breaking down 9 broken rivers and constructing one sluice gate station.

今年要實施整治的48條河道中，有32條為G20峰會保障項目，其中：備塘河三期、下塘河二期西段作為G20峰會重點(diǎn)項目，都將在今年4月底前整治完成。

Among the 48 rivers to be implemented this year, there are 32 security projects for the G20 Summit, including: the phase III of Beitanghe River and the phase II of Western Xiatanghe River are key projects of G20 Summit and will be completed renovation before the end of April this year.

從區(qū)域上來看，城東是防洪排澇的重點(diǎn)地區(qū)。今年，江干區(qū)域?qū)⒁詡涮梁尤诠歉珊拥赖慕ㄔO(shè)為重點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步完善城東地區(qū)“三縱四橫”的主干河網(wǎng)，這些舉措，不管是對德勝路以北、三里亭、筧橋區(qū)片的環(huán)境改善還是防洪排澇都將起到很大的作用。此外，白石港、二號港的整治將改善新城周邊的排水情況，減輕主城區(qū)排澇壓力。

From a regional perspective, the east of the city is the focus of flood control and drainage areas. This year, Jianggan District will take the main rivers of phase-III Beitanghe River as the key construction, to further improve "three vertical and four horizontal" main river networks in the eastern districts. These initiatives will play a big role in environmental improvement and flood control of north of Desheng Road, Sanli Pavilion and Jianqiao District. In addition, the regulation of Baishi Port and No.2 Port will improve drainage around the new area and reduce the pressure drainage in the downtown.

按照這個計劃，2014年——2016年三年杭州總共將打通36條斷頭河，基本達(dá)到溝通斷點(diǎn)、提升動力、改善區(qū)域水質(zhì)的目標(biāo)。同時，還將新建施家橋閘站1座，就是為備塘河新增配水和排澇通道，將對改善備塘河及周邊水域水質(zhì)產(chǎn)生明顯效果。

Under this plan, Hangzhou has got through 36 broken rivers in total from 2014 to 2016, basically achieving the communication of breakpoints, improvement of motivation and regional water quality. Meanwhile, Hangzhou will also build Shijiaqiao sluice station to add new water distribution and drainage channel for Beihetang River, which wil affect greatly to water quality of the river and its surroundings.
